Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation
Cancel at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Late cancellation (within 2 hours)
A fee of 50% of the estimated fare will be charged to your card on file.
No-show
If you do not show up for your booking, the full estimated fare will be charged.
Rebookings & changes
Free if requested 2 or more hours before your pickup time. Changes within the 2-hour window are treated as a cancellation and rebook.
Booking Terms
All bookings are for a dedicated private chauffeur for the duration of the selected package. Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire booking, waits while you attend events, and makes unlimited stops within the allotted time.
Our vehicle seats up to 4 passengers. All bookings are subject to availability.
Estimated fares shown at booking time are based on the package selected and estimated distance. The final fare may include a distance surcharge if the trip exceeds the package's included distance allowance.
Extensions beyond the booked duration are billed at $45 CAD/hr, subject to availability.
Payment Terms
$0 charged at booking. Your credit card is securely held by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
You will only be charged after your trip is complete and a receipt has been generated. Cancellation fees, if applicable, are charged at the time of cancellation.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include HST where applicable.
Vehicle & Service
All trips are serviced in a Tesla Model 3 — fully electric, silent, and zero-emission.
Our service operates across Ontario and Quebec, including Toronto, GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, London, Kingston, Ottawa, and Montreal. Long-distance trips use tiered per-km pricing with automatic discounts.
